imo the perk just doesn't make sense with barb. They already start with 25 str and many run rage for the move speed giving them an extra 15. Then they are only 5 str from the soft cap. the perk makes it hard to use there's little point going above 50 str so barbs have to almost try not to build str to get use out of the weapon. I've thought about maybe trying it on a fighter with full action speed but at that point just run a demons glee.

Do you think running rage and going over move speed cap would make it better? It seemed in all the fights you just couldn't catch up and the missed swing on felling axe is too punishing. 327 is a lot of MS but with your weapon out you're still 297, which is pretty slow.
