I HATE when companies label them as "LED" because its not LED, its Electro Luminescent. LED Is a light-emitting diode, which these are not.

ye and if you bend it to much it'll break the carbon matrix tracks el is ok but they tend to go dull after so long and then stop working tbh you wouldn't want to get it wet as el needs quite a few volts to work bzzz bzzz

I learned not to play with the control box while its on. I forgot I had left it on with one of my shirts and went to unplug the box and cord from the shirt. accidentally touched the mental pins and got a good zap when I bumped the box setting off the mic.

I am looking for the company that created this product. The guy who invented it was in Canada many years ago. I helped him get his mom beautiful flowers for Mother's Day one year, i believe 2008, and I am hoping he would remember me. I assumed it actually had a frequency filter, but I see that all the bars react the same to the overall volume of the music. Still a nice product but would be much better.

These are not LED's They are EL wires (Electroluminescent) Also you have the wire in backwards.. It's supposed to be Bottom to top... NOT top to bottom..
