Sound Activated Mini Spider Stage Beam Light Review + Dancing at the End?

Tomtop asked me to review this sound activated mini spider stage beam light, and once I clicked the link, I found it also had DMX control - 7 channel and 13 channel! I took it in and did my best to see if it was the right thing for me.

Hi I, m from Brazil. What program do you use on the computer to be able to control the device by Dmx? I saw that you use a device connecting the dmx cable and input via USB to the computer. I would like to use software instead of buying the dmx 512 table. Could you indicate something similar for me to research here in Brazil?

Can I configure two units together in master and slave configuration to work in sound mode so that they work in synchronized manner? I do not have a DMX controller and neither do I intend to buy one.
