O_O .... holy fraking plounder. The Bagpipes blew me away, and the singer just took my soul into the realms of dreams. How could something like this music not be on the radio? In my backwater town in Texas I seriously do pity those who have not heard of this genre of music and prefer the same ole country and rap music on the few stations we have. Woe be to them I say, when I die I will carry this music to the afterlife with this music in my heart. Jenny, thank you again for making my day!

I take flight upon the shores of forever In search for a deeper understanding Of what I've lost and gained in the river Of flowing dreams and wishes entrancing I then stand amidst the people of transcendence I speak to them to clarify my unwillingness To fill my heart and mind with iridescence I don't care to fret as I continue my quest To the tides of my long awaited glory In search for answers and touch of my lover's crest To end but also begin my everlasting story

I know the TR game :) But the original song is Ailein duinn and its very old, it goes back to the 18th century. It means "Dark-haired Alan" and its actually a lament song that was written in Gaelic. Annag, the woman that composed this song, was in love with a sailor named Alan(Ailein) and was going to marry him, but destiny toke him from her. His ship sailed into a storm and everyone on board died. She committed suicide afterwards, but not before she composed the lament.

The singing in this song is used in Two Steps From Hell's "Friendship to Last" and the main theme to Tomb Raider Legend. I don't think I'll ever get tired of hearing this stock gaelic music though xD You should look up the other two songs; they are just as amazing as this one.
