Interesting piece. I'll be honest, i was expecting this big GONG sound LOL! The only time I've ever heard gongs is in some movie. I've never seen (heard) a gong played the way she does it.. didn't even know they could be used that way. Very nice. Listened before heading into work. I work on machines all day and they can frustrate. Figured I'd start the evening on a better foot.

I've never experienced anything like this is was an interesting experience. Only thing is the gong was scary it reminded me of the sounds in a horror movie which I do not like but strangely listening to it here gave me tingles similar to ASMR. I'm so confused right now 😲

Hello Trina! haha yes the gong can sound and feel a bit strange at first... it sometimes brings up suppressed feelings that need to be expressed. You should feel calm and at peace after an hour or so. You could try going to a live sound bath... they often do them at local yoga studios... they are really cool! I have a question, what will happen to negative energy that has been expelled using sound? Will it stay on space of the room?. For example you are using crystal to heal or to absorb negative energies, then using singing bowl to cleanse the said crystal. Now, what will happen to the negative energy that are inside the crystal? Will it go outside of the crystal and stays on the room? Also, is this effective to expel negative entities inside house?
