I have a Nintendo 3ds and bought the app korg ds10, i never really learned it inside out, but just some little bit of time playing with it, i created some really cool basic tracks.(at least in my opinion)😊. I did hear some other guys make incredible music with these devices. That's what prompted me to buy it. It's really cool.

I only have a 3ds but I do have an sd card cartridge that runs ds games, so I’ll see if it works.

@@audiowanderer I got it working! The card I am using is an original DS type so it loads in DS mode. As you said, in the root directory I placed .nds file midi.txt scale.txt /scripts /sounds /snapshots

@@ChrisLeeW00 I'm trying to run it on my 3ds with twilight menu ( it's used to run ds games) but, it doesn't see to work. Where did you get the DS type card?

@@lolya2geter I got a DS 208 in 1 Super Combo cartridge. Its sold as different names and it may be a bit of a gamble when you buy these things. First I tried putting the CellsDS files and folders in the NDS folder but it only worked after I moved them to root directory.

Yeah! Remember cellsDS.NDS file must be on the root along with the folders needed also there

Tried it on my modded 3ds but it doesn't seem to work. I just get a black screen. That's such a bummer

Yep, it seems that is not compatible with 3DS. You can always get a NDS, they are still pretty cheap and awesome for this and all kind of emulation up to 16bits

Yeah thats what I’m going to do. Found a nds with a m3 card on facebook market place. Hope that cellsds can run on that card too and not only the R4 🤞

CellsDS must be compatible with it. I have cellsDS tested on supercard and R4, if you have any success running the program on the M3 please let me know. Good luck 🤞

I'm curious if anyone's gotten this to work on a DS emulator. I don't have a DS, so i can only try this on an emulator. But so far, i only get a blank screen.

That’s maybe because the NDS file of cellsDS needs additional folders to work and the emulator is not programmed to work with this kind of exceptions usuals on the homebrew programs
