Great job, it looks fantastic! You forgot the best part (Other than Bunny that is). Your reaction after driving it down a bumpy road and realizing that it no longer sounds like a giant steel drum! 🙂 The sound deadener really does make a huge difference. If you have more, taking the time to put some on the inside of the doors and above the cab REALLY helps too.

Professional work, you look like you know exactly what to do The sound proof will work because it will break the noise waves , just a suggestion Share your van layout with your fans maybe we have some ideas I think this last video can be like 4 videos and your fans will like them , for me I see your videos more than once, I think your fans will like videos about your daily routine even if it’s just 5 minutes long videos, so we can get a new video like twice a week It just a suggestion, you are super talented as KZbinr because very genuine and simple Thank you Elisa

I’ve held back long enough… I’m 70 years old and happily married for 50+ years. I love my wife beyond any measure that I ever thought I could, so what I’m about to say is not in any way flirtatious. I'm also going to be looking into getting a van like this in a year or so. It will mostly be to transport and store camping gear. I will be using a tent as my primary accommodations. But since I live in an apartment, hauling camping gear to and from the apartment is tiring. So keeping most of the camping gear in the van will make things easier. I will likely put in a battery system and a fresh water tank.

You are a very hard worker for real, you cleaned first. Your simpleness and calmness of the video is nice to see vs some other youtubers playing it up and being fake. Gosh now you are using Cedar! Gold Star girl! I'm a Contractor, finish carpenter, I'd be comfortable leaving you on the job alone, and that's something I can not say about a handful of grown men who are "Journeyman". But if I did have you on the job, no one else would get anything done because their eyes would be stuck on you, haha. Great job! yes always semi gloss, under the vehicle too, so mud washes off easily, it's molecular man, like a chalkboard. 100% silicone is a great glue, stays flexible while liquid fail drys out and will crack, it is a latex product but we use silicone. As a Commercial Carpenter I always am asked to glue 4x8 prefinished mahogany and walnut veneered plywood onto sheetrock with no visible nails, I use "z clips" which are like a metal french cleat, but when I can't, I use silicone, and actually butyl caulk works really good, you can find butyl caulk in tubes for a home center caulk gun on Amazon for $5-$10. I get it in the case for $50 or so.

I stayed up until 3:20am watching your videos last night, ha. (I'm working backwards) I find them therapeutic. We have a lot in common. I'm a KZbinr and photographer, I'm into fitness (and already have a Planet Fitness membership), I have a lot of plants, I'm frugal, and I'm thinking about building a van so I can travel to all the national parks and take photos. Oh, and I don't have a rabbit, I have a guinea pig named Scooby. I just got a quote yesterday for a cap for my pickup truck, but after hearing them wanting $6K for just a cap, now I'm looking at lightly used Promaster vans. I would cringe cutting holes in the sides of my van too, ha! You said to not take what you do as how to do it, because this is your first time, but you're doing as great job. You're a beautiful woman, you'll do great here on youtube. Cheers!

Elisa -since you have been putting all this effort to build this beautiful van - previous episode 20 roof rack prep - you mentioned the small orange flecks on top the van. You used Purple Power (which is a degreaser), which will remove some of the iron specks. Car detailers refer to this as rail dust (can be found near train rail yards, truck depots….etc. These iron particles stick to paint -❤start to rust and penetrate the paint eventually. So extra steps to get the perfect van (since you are putting the effort in the quality van build). Give some TLC to the van paint. Go to your local auto parts store ask if they carry iron remover. Wash your vehicle - then spray on iron remover (Adam’s / Chemical Guys / Turtle Wax carry this). Allow to sit 5 minutes (iron flecks turn purple and bleed of). Wash and shampoo your vehicle. Extra work is to compound / and polish the paint. The old days the final step is wax but you can skip wax and buy a spray sealant (best solution is Turtle Wax Seal n Shine (polymer paint sealant)- spray and wipe on. Apply two coats. There are other options rather than polymer or you can apply Acrylic sealant (Klasse). Since you have a 2021 van the paint is still in good shape - clean and apply sealant for long term good paint results. Also due to the size of this van - break it down into 3 sections - would be a shame to try and rush the process. Since you have a lot of rain in your area - by applying sealant- any dirty road water will wash off easier when you are driving. Road grime (iron, brake dust, oil and other contaminants flick onto the car paint when driving on wet roads). I hope this helps. Want you to have this beautiful build for a long time.
