Sound Deadening Turbo M52 E30

I used kilmat to sound deaden the whole floor while the chassis harness was out. I will be doing inside the doors and quarter panels but I was really exhausted from rolling all of this out. The doors can also be done when the chassis harness is in aswell!

Not only will this help with sound but it will also help with the temperature. Insulation will help a lot with keeping it cool in the car or keeping it warm. Also, you don't have to roll so hard! The rolling is more for getting air bubbles from underneath the adhesive.

Never have I ever seen a video with a more perfect timing than this one. I recently considered to deaden the sound in my E30, it's a 318i so just know how much noise gets in there. Not familiar with the e30, but I'd make sure all the rain/water channels and drains are in working order while you still have everything out. Double the work, double the suck. Plus, drying anything out on the ice coast could take daaaaaayys 8-O Looks like you have busted end links, even with that shock unattached, it shouldn't be that much out of line with the other side. Also, would explain the front fender biz. Lastly, a gud torque wrench is worth it's weight in gold - Confucius?

it wasn't very hard for me because when i installed it all i left a lot of bolts out and stuff loose. and the car is still torn apart so i havent tested the difference yet

this is a cliq tuning chassis mount but i would really love to upgrade to a garagistic solid mount eventually

maybe a bit late haha, but heat up the adhesive on the kilmat so its really hot than you can just stick it on there and press it on the panel with ur hand ( use a glove) and you wont have to use that shitty little roller anymore haha

next time heat the material up before you apply it. a propane heater helps and it conforms super easy.

It does not suppose to be made flat... just heat it and stick it. Same time you do not have to cover 100% of surface. You should cover only flat areas with no bends. First 30% of material makes 90% of effect. The rest 70% is just dead weight. You have to use in doors and also a bit on roof.
