I tried what you said in shutting off the Bluetooth. I just installed a brand new audio chip to replace the old one that did the very same thing. Audio comes through a set of ear buds but nothing comes through the speaker itself. Volume is set at max while testing

Hey don't worry about it...today it happened with me too n i tried many tricks but nothing work then for my meeting I had used a different headphone I tested that and that was working so then I again tried it with earphones and believe me I really don't know how it started working automatically 😌😊

I couldn't hear sound from my Note 10 Lite speakers. What I did: went to "Settings", then "Device Care", clicked on "Optimize". This solved my issue. Hope it helps!

when I restarted my phone, the sound of my speaker came back, but when I made a video call on the messenger, then the sound of my speaker disappeared again and the earpiece could only be heard even though I wasn't wearing headphones, it still stocked the in-call volume. Most likely the ground side is not making connection properly but does connect while earbuds are inserted, therefore the audio gets through using the earbuds but not to the speaker section, Replace the "Charger/ear-bud board" and the speaker will work once more for you. Be careful as repair should be done by a qualified person. There are 14 very, very small screws to take out just to loosen the back plate and remove. They can be very easily lost and even harder to find again. If you don't know what you are doing, get hold of someone that does know. That will fix the problem properly.

Thank you so much! 😭🔥 The reason as you explained was because there's something wrong with the Audio Jack. The phone felt like its Jack was plugged, that's why you see the Headset icon at the top, even though nothing is connected

July update ke baad 1 bugs aaya hai. Koi bhi call receive karne ke baad media ka volume band ho raha hai. Main speakers se volume nahi aa raha. Sirf ear speakers se aawaz aata hai. Aur thodi der baad apne aap chalu hota hai. Kya karu?

Thank you so much, Fixed my mom's phone by Uninstalling Google meet. Since I install this app, this problem has been on and off for a while now. Whenever my mom's phone is having a sound issue, the icon that appears when I push the volume up(or down) is the call icon, the multimedia icon is right beside it(gray) and not going up or down(unmoving), when I manually swipe it, it still doesn't work. it's the call volume instead that is moving(there's no ongoing call Btw) when I push the up/down button. Shared my experience in case others have the same issue as mine. Again, thanks.

If your phone switches to Call Mode from Speaker its an update stupidity by Huawei. Restarting the phone or plugging in a headset then removing it should fix it. I was actually looking for a better fix, unfortunately still can't find a good one other than UPDATE it, which I cannot do because I would lose my Google Apps.
