Well, ultimasaurus was first a band toy from chaos effect, just so said for being the big antagonist, was meant to scale with the medium-sized carnivores, 30%trex, 25% raptor, %20 trike, 15%ankylosaurus, 5% stegosaurus, so no reason for I bigger than atrex.
