Oh, on another note I made the water kimichi. Turned out nicely too. In the future I will use a little bit less salt. I used it as a side dish to flavor or balance dishes involving meat or fish. My best friend is Korean and he made all of the dishes your mom made so I am blessed this way. Oh, a special request please make a dish, I forget the name with sweet potato noodle which is really popular in Korea. Thank you again.
