My thoughts on Royal Rumble 2016: Match of the night: WWE Intercontinental Championship Last Man Standing Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens I loved this match from top to bottom. I liked how both men just wanted to kill each other throughout. The story of not wanting to stay down was awesome. Also some of the spots was great too. My only gripes was that this match stayed a ring side throughout. This is a knockout, drag out feud it should of been fighting through the crowd. Also some backstage shenanigans to boot. But overall this is one of the mark key matches to check out for the ppv. WWE 30-Man World Heavyweight Championship Royal Rumble 2016 To be honest I had zero intrigue going into this. I was dead set on skipping this match altogether and just watch the other championship matches only, glad I didn't. From the start it did look like the league of jobbers was coming in from jump street, but I'm glad that didn't happen The atmosphere was awesome of how the crowd reacted. I will continue with the rest of my opinion on this match because it carries into my other categories. Moment of the night: Sasha Banks Returns After what I considered a ok match between Charlotte & Becky. I'm glad Charlotte retained so that we can continue the story for Becky to gain her spot at the top. I loved the crowd reaction for Sasha, she deserves and shows vince that the need to stop pussy footing around with her. I liked the tease of Sasha faking the return of the B.F.F's. Just to put her stamp into going after the top dog and the championship. I hope the wwe does not push Becky a side for this. I would definitely like to see a three way between these three for the belt. AJ Styles debuts in the royal rumble I was not expecting Styles to not be in the rumble at all. If so, I was not expecting him to be in this early at number three. I have to say this was a nice outing for him throughout. I liked that the wwe didn't treat him like a jabroni in this. The fan reaction for him was so awesome and glad the crowd was behind him throughout. I liked that they gave him some eliminations and some amount of time to shine. I liked that they also teased the styles clash throughout making fans wanting so bad. Dean Ambrose in the final two of the Royal Rumble Now this is something that I didn't expect at all. I really thought wwe was going to be predictable and have Triple H, Reigns, or Lesnar be the final two. But this right here had my heart racing and gave me goosebumps. I lived that triple h made him look so strong throughout. That story of him almost winning the wwe world championship by skin of his teeth was awesome. But my only concern is what is next for Ambrose overall with this. I hope the wwe doesn't pussy foot around and do something or this would of been a waste of time. WTF Moment of the night: WWE Tag Team Championship The Usos vs. The New Day This match was all new day and they were great throughout. My problem was the usos and here is why. Throughout there was some botches. Botches that the usos caused and the new day had to clean up. It just looked like the tag team version of john cena didn't want to come to work today. If there is a rematch which I hope not, please for the love of god have the usos get their shit together. Trying to play the sympathy card for the umphteen time with Roman Reigns The Rumble was going just fine after Rusev was eliminated. But throughout the match though Roman did jack squat in this. Then when the league of jobbers came out and pulled him out to jump him and cart him out. I was pissed I saw right through the booking right away from the get go. That they were going to have him out most of the rumble, then come back towards the end and possibly win.Which if they went through with I would of flipped. But luckly what they did at the end was woooo thank god. Plus insult to injury he no sold the beating that the league of jobbers did to him. He just comes back like it was no problem, and you wonder why people call him cena 2.0. But has the nerve to say I'm not cena in a interview. I give the Royal Rumble 2016 a B-. The rematch for the u.s. title was ok but the other matches before outshined it. Sami Zayn coming in the rumble I liked it but, wished he would of done more. I am curious to see what comes next with the eliminations and teases throughout. But I'm not looking forward to seeing Triple H & Roman go at it. Now to close this I seen some people saying this sucked because triple h won and it was predictable. But I feel this was the best option to go then option b. Which I mention in my WTF moment of the night

I think it would've been better if Roman, HHH, and Styles were the final 3. Triple H eliminates Roman like he did. And you finish with Styles and Triple H. When Triple H eliminates Styles, he get a massive heat for it...and it doesn't make Styles look bad because he would've lasted as long as he did.
