I agree great Customer Service. But also a little inconsistent when it comes to who you talk to.

Okay, so I’ve been on the Wooting hype train for a while, and I have to say, this video really hit home for me. I’ve dealt with stabilizer rattles on so many boards, and it’s weirdly refreshing to see someone just admit that even premium keyboards have issues out of the box. I feel like no one talks about how modding has basically become part of the experience. It’s like... you’re not just buying a keyboard anymore-you’re buying a project. And honestly, I’m okay with that if the company backs it up like Wooting does. The fact that they sent you lube and new stabilizers without hesitation? That’s the kind of customer service that builds trust. Like yeah, I get it, $329 is steep, but knowing there’s a support team that actually cares makes it easier to justify the purchase. Not to mention, the sound after you fixed that spacebar? I might need to mess with mine now... but only if I can find the patience, haha. Anyways, thanks for the content, Tristan! Your honest take on this stuff really helps those of us out here trying to figure out what’s worth our time and money. Keep doing what you’re doing, man.

This will be my first ever customizable KB and looked up a lot of modding etc before i even ordered, I do want to try a few different mods like the few layer painters tape, and even experiment with stuff people may have not tried before, the difficult part. waiting a whole month and a few days for it to get here.

also man the Jade Maxes were my worst investment on this keyboard because of the PC stem and the fact that the stem sticks more to a keycap than the switch to the plate which really hurt my fingers, and even worse the high amount of friction. I imagine this isnt an issue with the jade pros though given they use POM instead of PC for the stem. my personal recommendation based on my personal experience with the 60HE+ and 80HE are the Geon Raw HE switches, I use the 50g variants.

@@darazb Yeah I agree. It is expensive. I do think, for what they offer in terms of warranty and experience though, you will be hard pressed to find it elsewhere. I also know they are growing, so it is a hard call if you really are not in the place to drop that cash. Maybe it is something you save up for and treat yourself to. Until then a normal mechanical will get ya far. :)

Autor, can you please help me to find out. I have Wooting Two He. Is it possible to improve the sound of the keyboard to the level of the Wooting 80 HE? Or at least make it a little quieter and remove the empty sound? If yes can you could you please tell me where to start? What materials do I need to buy to improve it?
@TristanPope2 ай бұрын
