I downloaded the freebie. Had no idea AudioModern were up to this sort of task. I ‘zipped’ up and down the free-form slider on the fascia, left to right and vice versa. It’s quite interesting. Once you orientate, the layering is maybe more straightforwardly conveyed than in some other Audio Units. Having the viable range the particular sample will operate over, displayed is nice. I duplicated the instrument in GarageBand and it seemed fine (not all Audio Units are when initially released, as you know). Thanks for the overview, this is a welcome new take on an Audio Unit. There are a select few that perform layering, so it joins a niche and pushes it forward too. Take care all.

Some massive and quite inventive sounds there! I have the free version and pack for my Mac but seriously considering the Voxmatic pack!

Interesting, seems a bit like a competitor to Kontakt or Xinematix. With a solid MPE midi controller I could see a lot of potential for expressive leads, especially those vocal sounds were beautiful, mapping that to aftertouch or Midi CCs

Store and pack selection is really janky, I mean bad UI. Sounds seem good, I need to experiment more before I invest in a pack.

Great sounds. 👍Some interesting cinematic stuff - even suitable for horror movies. I'm not sure if I like the UI. 🤔With Playbeat 3 I have sometimes issues to identify the controls I want to change because the Audiomoderns design mainly consists of very small and thin control elements... or maybe I'm just getting old and need a bigger iPad. 🥸
