I just got my Boom 2 plus and it sounds amazing and I connect it to my two Boom 2 speakers all three sounds insane the bass is crazy loud and deep!!!!Boom 2 plus + Two Boom 2’S = Stereo Heaven!

Partycast is what does it for me. I have 9 different soundcore speakers ive collected over the past 4 years or so and live in the burbs. I can have all 9 of them going scattered around the yard and in the house at about 40 to 50% volume, feel the bass, and still be able to have conversations with others while not kissing off the neighbors lol. AND they are affordable! Game changer!

These new speakers got what they call the full band eq. Click on that lil button and you can choose individual frequencies to adjust. Its one of the best if not the best eq on any speaker to my knowledge.

After this video, I'm DEFINITELY gettin' this! I had the Motion Boom Plus AND Bumpboxx Ultra NYC graffiti and on 4/13/24, someone broke into my house while I was in the hospital and they stole both of them, so I'm looking forward to the upgrade. BTW, the MB+ kicked the Bumpboxx's butt in terms of not loudness, but by the room-shaking bass because I faced them off just before the burglary. Thanks, Flossy!

Thank god it has the aux in. It looks like this will be the successor to my motion+ and my main use with be as an amp for my harmonica using the aux connected to my iPad via the Apogee Jam+.

@@07freshkid70 the Bose got very loud outdoors but you had to turn down the EQ way down. One of the boom 2 plus is more than enough and what I can say is that when I sued the soundlink max indoors the bass wasn’t as deep no matter what i tried vs the boom 2 plus Now with 2 of them it’s not even close. Boom 2 plus is a great deal and it doesn’t distort right away like the Bose did on bass heavy tracks. You have to really turn it up and on most songs it handles it well.

I have the boom 2 plus bought it on amazon it was on sale for 140 bucks and it's a powerhouse! But the thing that i don't like and many bleutooth speakers have this problem and that's the bass lose above 70% volume or so. The bassup 2.0 sounds great but only untill 70-75% volume after that it loses it's bass and power and it turns into a mess, really frustrated!

I have the Boom 2 and will be buying another one to have TWS. So the question for me is does two Boom 2's sound better than one Boom 2 Plus? I can have two Boom 2's for less than the price of one Boom 2 Plus and have 160w in total as opposed to 140w with the single Boom 2 plus. And better stereo separation presume. Can you test 2 Boom 2's against one Boom 2 Plus?

The W - KING X20 is a beast. I don’t care for the bass boost, because it muddies up the mids & highs too much. With the bass boost off & the 10 band EQ tuned properly, you can crank this speaker up to max volume & it still sounds good, really good. Even at full retail of $319.99 it’s a good speaker. Get it with the $95.00 coupon which brings it down to $224.99 like I did, or even get a better discount, & it’s the speaker of the year to beat. Especially when you consider what it offers in sound & features for the cost.😅

I got to jump back in again on this one… I just got my order delivered and immediately compared the Boom plus2 vs the motion boom plus. So my ears heard more bass from the boom 2 most definitely BUT why didn’t they use the same tweeters that were in the older version? I definitely hear a better soundstage from the motion boom plus to the point that I got to keep both of them and pair them up. May be that was part of the plan. The new version needs a “Tweet Up” button to go along with the “bass up” button. Yes I used the eq and all. I think that they set the bar so high last version that they tried to over due the new version by thinking we needed more bass and yes its got more boom but they left the tweeters don’t sound crispy enough to match the bass. Also noticed that the strap on the new one is more comfortable because it’s thicker but the reason why it’s not like the clipped on strap on the older version is because that area that the strap hooks on too is made of a material that scratches easier on the new one. So the strap was probably was an after thought. If you’re thinking of buying the new version… hold that though for a second and wait for a sale. Black Friday on the way.

have to jump in and agree as I also own the Motion Boom Plus and just received the Boom 2 Plus. Felt like the Motion Boom Plus holds up even after a few years old and the Boom 2 Plus just decided to go louder and even more bass and imo possibly too much bass. Yeah maybe could EQ but I usually go soundcore signature and bass up in which the Motion Boom Plus was good enough. The Boom 2 Plus just wasn't that drastic to me of an upgrade even if maybe a little but overall could've waited for a sale or maybe continue with Motion Boom Plus as I didn't like it any heavier and bigger anyway.

A work around could be though is to pair it up the soundcore boom plus 2 with two soundcore mini 3’s. As a matter of fact I got two of those here let me try this out I will be right back.
