I own the p3's and I added the comply ear tips to them and they are perfect for me, I can wear them all day and they don't fall out.

Beware, it veils the highs quite a bit. You can remedy this a bit by removing the wax guard if you have that particular model of comply. Removing the wax guard does not completely open up the highs though. I found the original tips deliver the best sound representatiom.

Just got mine and really like them. They sound great from sub bass to highs, the app is flawless and really works well. I do notice one bug. I usually use ANC equipped earbuds in 'Normal' mode to preserve as much battery as possible. On the P3 when I switch from ANC or Ambient modes back to Normal, the sound gets very thin for several seconds then suddenly livens up again. *This only happens with the touch control,* not if I switch modes using the app. Not sure if it's because I totally changed the touch control mappings from defaults. Have not tried resetting or using a different control setting. Strange but not a deal breaker - maybe one for a future firmware update.

@@AndysTechTone Just did more testing, this also only happens if transparency mode is 'fully transparent', not in 'vocal mode' Maybe something on my phone or whatever, matters even less now because 'vocal mode' transparency is all I really need lol

So said so done - new firmware update today supposed to improve call quality and 'charging logic'. Not sure what that means but battery drain seems a bit better and the tinny sound issue is gone! Great stuff Anker!

Very nice and clear review! I've P3 and LA2P here to test, it's very hard to have a perfect sealing with LA2P while P3 are so easy to fit and beside that volume is not so loud on the more expensive buds, the only very good side of LA2P is the LDAC codec which is clearly a plus, a tough decision but I tend to agree with you P3 feels just better . In your opinion which is the deal breaker in the 100 euro range?

At 7.00 I noticed you don't have a white mesh on the actual speaker grill... I've had my p2's for nearly 2 years now and I've kept the white mesh on. Was I meant to peel this off? It's not affecting the sound in any way, I believed it's there for the ip7 water resistance?

The Soundcore Life P3 have been on the market for a while now. Both models have since received software updates and are now available for around $60. Could you please compare the two models? Did you watch the video at all??? 🥴 How intensely you can run depends on your stamina, but these buds won't stop you for sure as long as you get a tight fit in your ears. In my ears the fit was snug enough. ANC is strong, transparency mode sounds natural. No cons really.

Lag shouldn't be an issue when watching movies on a TV but of course it depends on the TV too. Regarding the gaming mode not sure if settings are stored on the earbuds but again for movies you should be okay

Since most TVs don't have ability to adjust audio delay via BT it can be annoying. Regular BT headsets do have a few hundred ms of delay, which is noticeable with lip syncing in movies. Usually one has to use either aptx-LL enabled transmitter+reciever or specialized RF headphones.

@@AndysTechTone from what I could tell the P3 sounds fuller with more mid and low end, but the P2 has just a little cleaner midtone but thinner sound thats not as full. I spent years as a professional producer and audio engineer so I’m very particular about sound, but I didn’t know if anything was noticeable to you in person doing the tests. From what I could tell I actually prefer hearing the tone of the P2 better

I bought a pair of these and I have a problem with the left earbud - the battery life on it is significantly much worse than the right earbud. It no joke loses battery within 45mins to an hour. No matter how long I leave it in the both earbuds in the case to charge the left only goes up to about 80% as indicated on the soundcore app and it most certainly dies within an hour and I have no idea what to do. Am I meant to leave them in the case while the case is charging? Would appreciate it if people gave me some options on what to do - thanks.
