So, do you think what is the best wireless headphones in terms of sound quality under approximately $40 ?

I haven’t really tested anything at that price point. But the Life Q30 are excellent.

Is there a big difference between these headphones and Sony whch510 headphones, and is this difference worth the price difference between them ?

Sony are on ear, where these are over ear. So better noise insulation. The Q30 also have active noise cancellation. But they both sound good.
