@@BrannonNod one issue I'm noticing though is that when the volume is at 70-100%, the audio leaks a lot. People around you can definitely hear as well. Won't be ideal commuting at loud volumes without disturbing people around...but the audio quality is excellent though.

Some people hate the "in the ear canal" sensation so that's one of the selling points of these SoundPeats. The sound is quite good with clear sound and good bass. Air 2 or Air 3 are so similar I don't see the need to upgrade . The phone call mike sound is only adequate at best. The selling price and the sound quality make these a winning formula

Air 3 has a bit more bass which is definetely useful if you like hard metal music styles. I compared them in the store before buying on the few same tracks and got Air 3, however was planning to buy TrueAir 2 at first because of better battery. But found it to sound a little "dry" and "sterile" to my taste against Air 3.

I have a bunch of True Airs first gen and they've been through some serious abuse! They've been dropped, dragged, washed and dried and yet they are working as brand new. These things just blow my mind for the price. I have a very hot head with two sweaty ears so I cannot tolerate silicone eartip buds for longer periods of time so I use my galaxy buds for music and True Airs for everything else. These are the Airpod killers.

@@halimjenaan1980 I had absolutely no complaints with the sound. It has surprisingly good quality for such a small pair of wireless headphones, great bass. My only complaint is the tapping sensitivity and effects - if you double or triple-tap the sides, different things can happen and you can't really amend that (skipping tracks, activating "game mode").

Everything about the Air 3's is great EXCEPT! The in-ear detection is so bad and faulty that I'm actually considering 'downgrading' to the trueAir2's so I can get rid of that horrible feature. The music pauses if I eat, tilt my head the wrong way and god forbid I cover my ears with a beanie (they wont play music AT ALL if you do that). Sometimes I will literally have not moved at all while I'm working at a desk and they'll just auto stop. So frustrating.

Hi Brannon, Another great review. I have have a pair of these (and Air2+ that my son pinched and the sound is awesome, but they failed with the left bud so Soundpeats are offering me a replacement. They have offered me the choice of these or another pair of their buds for me to choose (I imagine on par as far as price goes) Should I stick with these or consider others in their range for a better experience?

My sasmung ear buds are good to leave in your ear and not have to take out if you need to interact with people or be aware of your surroundings & the LG tone free ear buds are perfect for listening to music, watching video's/movies and blocking the world out. P.s there both really good for calls to which was my main concern.
