Today was a perfect day to take the stock car out for a drive and test its drivability. I really have only taken it on short stents and wanted to do some testing with it. There are a few things I need to finish up on this charger like the dog house, dash, and maybe installing a return line for the fuel because I am getting some sort of vapor locking type of issue making the engine run rough. But in this video enjoy the sounds of this thing cruising! Warning to all wearing headphones this might hurt lol

If that's a manual it's no wonder your gearing is way off. @4:42 when you turned onto the interstate, i only heard you shift twice (1st to 2nd, 2nd to 3rd) what about 4th ? Is it a 3 speed manual ? I'd put a 4 speed in. That roll cage looks to be from a waaayyy newer era than i remember being in those at the track in 1970. It's all good. I'm just an ol' fart stuck on "originality" but SO glad the younger generation taking an interest (in their own way).
