This is a valid strategy in casual servers, if extremely cruel to both them and your ACTUAL friendly heavy. Hold out Sandvich, crouch, act all friendly, then stab. It also is one of the few ways people will bump into you (or any of the other spy tells) and not completely obliterate you since they think "oh yeah, it's an enemy hoovy so ofc they'll have collision". Please don't do this though, it just hurts the friendly community lol
