i noticed that observation too it looks like a friendly pyro who appears to be shooting in the same spot as this youtuber called SoundSmith who I think has a disease that mostly occurs in small children called "being a stupid idiot" when he is playing the class known as sniper with a festive stock sniper rifle along with the fact that the pyro has a warpaint version of the scorch shot, with these two weapons and players clipping past each other happen to make the coincidental occurrence that made the flare from the scorch shot appear to come out of the sniper rifle.
