There is so much suffering in this world. Thank you Tami for creating sounds true. Organizations and people like this give me strength and inspiration, regardless of the suffering I had to withstand

I do the Wim Hof breathing method..not every day, but most days. Whenever I don't do it for a while, then come back to it, I always think, "this makes you feel better! You should do it every day!!" I end my showers with full cold, and I think it also makes me feel better afterwards; but, I live in Florida, so even the full cold isn't thar cold. I don't like the cold. The breathing isn't difficult, but idk if I could do the ice-water plunge. I'd prefer doing a sauna, or really hot shower (I can't afford a sauna membership) and then ending it in water as cold as I could stand. It's funny, but going from very hot to cold is probably easier than going straight into the cold, but reverse that, very cild to hot, and it's very difficult, as it feels like the water is fire!! I only experienced enough to know that's not something I wish to try. I'll warm up slowly. Also, for sleep, people say, and I've found it true, that the best shower temp for sleep is lukewarm. ✌❤🔥
