i’m curious. are the lights syncing with song by just following the beats/rhytms or you should manually program it to shine like you want?

the software connects to for example serato and (probably) creates some sort of MIDI output that translates into dmx and controls your lights.. (comment made without looking into the software)

Noob question: are all lights on different dmx addresses. For example: 2 identical moving heads have 2 different dmx addresses? Because, sometimes, they are syncrhonised, sometime they are doing different things.

They are on different addresses. Two lights sharing an address is viewed as one light be the console. For two fixtures to preform different actions they must be on separate addresses.

Its using a program called sound switch, you can get it to auto write a script for you or you can write your own script, easy to use and great customer support if you need it, well worth the money for sure!

@@anderciviero7485 I would say looking at it and with my experience with Sound Switch these are all preprogrammed shows, but they are really easy to program, may look daunting but trust me it's not too bad, on average for me depending on how complex I'm going it can take from 1h 30 mins - 4 hours for one song, can be a bit longer.
