You can't use any Bluetooth earphones on xbox , you gotta get a Bluetooth receiver

For your issue, please try the below steps: Please turn off your device's Bluetooth, then put the two earbuds into the charging box for about 5s, and then take it out. Then click the left earbud three times, there will be a paring tone, which means that the left and right earbuds are paired successfully. Notes: * Please note you need to click the earbuds 3 times first, then turn on the Bluetooth of your device, then pair them with the Bluetooth of your device. * It is better to click the earbuds 3 times while putting them on your ear. * When you click 3 times, the action should be used continuously, and the time between each click should be very fast, or the earbuds cannot recognize the action of 3 clicks. * Please make sure the earbuds has enough power.

Usually there is a sticker on the earbud. You gotta take them off before it’ll work

Very bad experience, Check warranty details 24 month ki warranty hai jo kisi kaam ki nhi hai, khud kharab product dete han aur bolte hai ki return/replacement ek hi baar hoga.
