no, don't use it..the reason why he used a brush is because the strokes from first layer should still be visible, if you do blending with blending stump, the strokes of first layer will be smudged. here's a tip from me :)

Thanks for the tutorial.Btw I dont have the tombow eraser or any other tools I only have shading pencils and a regular eraser.And the tools are not aviailable here.I searched for Sakura White gel pens toi,those were also not available and the online supermarkets are not delivering now at our place.So what can I use instead of them?

Instead of brush you can also use cotton buds for blending

And you can cut your regular eraser to make it pointly sharp and use it in place of tombow eraser

When I do layering in hair using basic pencils (Camlin for instance), following your tips, the shading becomes very uneven, and after the last layer, even the eraser will not work. Any tips? Can you please talking about the pressure to be used in each layer?
