The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Christian life. In the Mass, God is glorified and humans are sanctified. Outstanding lecture. The words of the liturgy of the Mass are so beautiful and poetic. The Mass itself demands our reverence and participation. I've been trying to understand the "source and summit" that many use and Abbot Jeremy explains it very well. I love his enthusiam.
