Whenever I try to update stm file in civil 3d, all manholes delete automatically and size pipe doesn’t change and it doesn’t update.

I used to work on Civil 3D in the year 2010 to 2014 i used to download Google Earth 🌎 to Civil 3D and generate contors and L Sections but not its not possible to do it in Civil 3D
