Sam always tries to do his best when it comes to challenges, he always tries to win or succeed, if he doesn't then he'll make up excuses as to why he didn't. Steve just enjoys everything he does, he's given a task, he enjoys it, he might fail and he knows he will fail but he'll laugh through it all and gives the most effort he could. Will couldn't care less. He could win, he could lose. If it's a game and it doesn't matter to him then effort wouldn't be put in.
