Hey Lydia! Nice to see you again. You have a toddler now WOW!!! I’ve been baking with sourdough for a year now so this is right up my alley! If your dough is fighting being spread out cover it and let it rest for 20 or 30 min it will relax.

Hey Mike! Thank you, somedays I can't believe he is a toddler already... it went by so fast. Sourdough is my favorite, I've been making mostly bread for around 6 years now. Thank you for the tip, I'll give that a try next time 🙂 Hope you are doing well!

Hi Lydia! It's nice to hear from you. I've often wondered how you're going? You did a great job making those, they look incredible and I'm betting they taste amazing. It looks a little tricky, but I'll try to make this sometime. Thanks for the recipe 🙂

Hey Matt! Thank you, it's really nice to finally post a video and interact through the comments. I've been doing great, Silas definitely keeps me busy but warm weather is finally here so that makes me excited. How are you? How is everything in Australia?

Ahh and as for the recipe, send me an email if you really want to make it someday and I'll try my best to help 😁

@@LydiaApril I'm doing fine thanks, although back in February I had covid and took a whole month to fully recover from it. It was just a matter of time now that the country has opened back up to the world, the good news is that it wasn't as bad as they tell you on TV. Things are pretty much back to normal now in Australia, most of the mandates have been lifted and you can do whatever you want again, but the price of fuel ⛽ has gone through the roof and food prices have risen and some items are in short supply. There was a federal election last weekend and we have a new Prime Minister now, so we'll see how he works out I guess.. I'm glad you're doing well and Silas too, young kids really are a full-time job and more. I'll send you a message when I try the recipe to let you know how it went or need your help. Thanks Lydia, take care and be blessed.😇

So glad to hear that you are doing good, covid is no joke to some people... we had it in December-January and it was tough... I agree, the news on TV is a joke for the most part... we tend to stay away from it 😅 Australia sounds exactly like America; gas and food prices are super high and there are shortages everywhere.... Hopefully your new Prime Minister works out.... this whole world seems to be backwards 😔 Have a blessed week!
