That pork looks amazing. I just got my Joule. My first Sounx Vide was a 1/2 Chicken. OMG! it was like butter. Now to try you Turkey for a party. :)

coooool, but you may already know that pork LOIN is different from pork TENDER loin. They come from totally different muscle groups in the animal and thus more or less fibrous. Cooking methods will vary... Thanks much.
