Bro, I passed out halfway through the video,, prep and seal time, then 90-120 minutes cook time, then outside to the grill. I am going to Longhorn Steakhouse right now. I will be back in ten minutes. Let me know when I can come over for dinner. You must be an incredible friend 😂👍

Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse are both good. I love Texas Roadhouse...I've eaten there in at least 4 states and 2 countries (there is one in the Avenues Mall in Kuwait City!)...rarely ever a disappointment. That said, the more mid-tier a la carte style restaurants (Flemmings, Chop House, Malone's, [insert something around $60 for a fillet]) don't hold a candle to my steaks off the sous vide with charcoal finish. Not to toot my own horn, but I've been told mine are better than Ruth's Chris. I've not been to Ruth's Chris to compare... I did more explaining than necessary. It really is a fairly easy process to have an almost fool proof wonderful steak. If my friends leave hungry, it is their fault. It is hard to lose weight at my house!
