I had the privilege of getting to visit Cape Town a few months ago! However it was winter there and I was on a mission trip so a lot of these things were not available to be done. 1.He wasn't doing it with one hand. They have special mounts they can put in their chests and it'll keep the camera steady too. 2. I dont know if you've ever even seen actual rappelling but it doesn't even require you to have your hands on the rope. The cameraman was probably just sticking in one spot with his feet planted on the wall and slightly moving down a few feet at a time.

I spent three months in South Africa and it was awesome! I did the bungee, sky diving over cape town, swam with the penguins, hiking in the mountains, and saw all of the big five on a safari, as well as learning history, meeting locals, and partnering with churches and communities all over the country to try to make a difference where we could. I hope I can make it back there someday
