5:23 A bribe is never needed if you follow the law. Speeding and not wearing a seat belt is a crime. This clip is obviously satire, but people should just follow the law. I was once caught going 15km/h over the speed limit. The officer asked me "what are we going to do about this". I insisted on a speeding ticket and after some huffing and puffing from him, he told me to go. I'd rather pay a R500 fine than give him a R100 bribe.

The bribing thing is common, here in uganda a traffic officers do anything for money and it's a way they earn extra money, if you don't bribe them then its a whole long process. I related to that part but S.A is fun🤣🤣🤣🤣
