It is not a Tank Destroyer. It is an armed reconnaissance car. Its mission statement is armed recon, harassment of enemy flanks and to support the ground forces. It has anti-tank capabilities but they are secondary in its role.

@@deerasmus3870 anti-tank does mean destroy. Disabling works just as well. That 76mm dart can mess up an MBT relatively easily from flanks
