If someone would have stepped up for vk in India vs eng 2018 and ind vs sa 2018 we would have won those series. Those who saw those test series know how close india were to win those test series❤ We lost to eng by 30 runs in 1st test match and by 60 runs in 4th test match😢 We lost to sa by 70 runs in 1st test match. If we would have won these matches. We would have defeated sa by 2-1 and eng by 3-2. Vk was the top scorer in both the test series.

BCCI wanted him to remain as test captain but he denied since white ball captaincy was set to go with Rohit. Whatever it might be, but I don't believe a sport a fighter like him will depend upon his captaincy to perform well. Yes I admit confidence might have been gone down for sure but we just hope him & Rohit to do well again.
