In this video I show you how to cook Hard body chicken outdoors using my 3 foot pot. South African Style
Ingredients:
Hard body chicken
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
green and red peppers chopped
3 grated tomatoes
1 tbsp salt
Black pepper for taste
1 chicken stock cube
1 chicken spice
2 tsp apricot harissa paste
water to cover the chicken when you start cooking
1 cup of water towards the end of the cook.

Wow! The built-in chimney outdoor is a lovely way to cook and BBQ. Would be nice if in Switzerland we got such an outlet, here not permitted😢.

This is awesome recipe wow, I I’m impressed by step by step preparations. It’s undoubtedly delicious after adding last ingredients, slowly soaking the natural fat. I’m definitely going to try it, love the Chardonnay Pinot Noir as well

The cooking is perfect.. But the filming of her relaxing enjoying her time i tink it was not necessary for chawing our Data... I want a video which is strait forward to the content #my view..

Hi, this the first time in my life cooking a hard body chicken 🐔😂.....don't laugh, I'm typical mlhungu.....I want to ask, all the insides of the chicken, does one remove that & chuck it away?

Hey Celeste, hard body chicken is very delicious. 😁😋 I love it. With the insides, you can make chicken stock with them. You can make the stock by adding olive oil, chicken insides, onion, your favourite herbs such as rosemary, thyme, parsley, celery, chopped tomato and salt & pepper. Mix well and deglaze with water. Allow the stock to simmer on medium heat. After a few minutes, use a strainer to strain the juices and keep your stock in an air tight container 🫙. For me, after all that I eat some of the insides 😁.
