Ghana is in a league of her own. We're in competition with absolutely no one. We know where we've come from, and we're sure of our destination. We're not there yet, but we're working to achieve our goals as a nation!

Civility is our greatest asset. Sometimes the youth are misinformed into believing that they need to be aggressive if they want to be successful. Soft Skills go a long way. Ghanaian youth, take pride in your culture of civility and kindness.

To my Kenyan Sister, greetings for us has a lot of use and advantage, one of which is in relation to security, if you are meeting someone you don't know, one way of assessing the person is greetings, by her or his response or unresponsive nature you will be able to know what to do. Especially when in a narrow path or isolated place. You can also pump on someone and start asking directions to a place without greeting first. Is not normal. So, in some cases where you pass by someone and not greet, you can't come back and ask of directions when you need it.

Growing up in Ghana 🇬🇭 our elders keep telling us, we must treat each other very well, treat and we take care of strangers because by doing so we entertain angels like the way Abraham welcome three Angels who were going to destroy sodom and Gomorrah. In Ghana we treat each other well and we take care of each other, we look out for each other and we also welcome strangers.

Many visitors to Ghana wonder why Ghanaians use " PLEASE " almost at every occasion. The reason is whenever u are going to talk to anyone it is assumed that u are " INTRUDING INTO THE PERSON'S SPACE" and u need permission. The word " PLEASE "is to seek ur permission to enter ur personal space .

You, were unsure about the Equator? South Africa, Kenya, etc. is further away from the Equator. Ghana is in the Middle of the Greenwich Meridian. That means we suffer the brunt of the Sun's heat directly upon the soil of Ghana. Lastly, you are talking about culture but for your information heat is not Culture rather, it is Nature and no one can change nature only the Almighty can. So, please, when commenting on social media, be sure to check your facts and be knowledgeable about the subject area. Remember this is social media so what you say goes far and wide.
