She has RAW athleticism and her coach Wes Moore should have hired a trainer and made them eat, sleep and train in the gym over the summer....a bit of exaggeration but point made. She will not get that from Moore but would have from Coach Staley. SMH!

I gotta give props to South Carolina’s strength/conditioning team. The overall fitness level and shape that these ladies are in , is really on display every time they play. Everyone sprints up and down the floor , can cover their defensive assignments, can sprint over to help D, get out in transition, and no one ever seems to be out of gas. I know they have a deep rotation , and that helps. But even with players that play more minutes (like Raven Johnson), it looks like they could keep playing for hours. Anyway, just an observation , and probably something that won’t really ever get talked about by commentators , yet is the baseline foundations of why they’re able to be so good. Props to the staff!
