This game is often filled with emotion, the team that wants it more wins. Heard today Dabo has never beaten a ranked Carolina team. Lots of injuries both schools more so on Taters offense. If Carolina D plays big and balls out the entire game, Carolina has a great chance of winning. It’s a huge game for both schools. Folks hate it, but I’m proud of both schools, and that this rivalry is getting tons of national attention, fantastic for SC!!! Want this to be every year, a war in our little almost perfect (if not for skeeters)state! Go Cocks!

I'm with you. Born and bred a GAMECOCK. Been with them with the highs and lows. However, I do have a ton of respect for Clemson athletics and Dabo. I know this year SC has the better team. It's gonna come down to turnovers , penalties and mistakes. Not sure about the health of SC tight end room. I don't know how Clemson is possibly favored. Looking forward to a great game and a SC victory. I just don't see Clemson driving the ball 75 yards and scoring TDs.

I am just SO PROUD of my Gamecocks! It has been a LONG WAIT for us to get back to being able to COMPETE WITH ANYONE with play....Spurrier spoiled us, and then we got Muschamp....and those years were abysmal to be part of. We talk about our culture, and I believe the culture is back to winning, and we are now going to be led by a 2025 Heisman Candiate for at least one more year..hopefully, Sellers will stay as well as a few others that could give us a RUN for the title.

Carolina wins this game easily. Two programs headed in different directions. Carolina wins 42 to 9. Could get real ugly. Would not be surprised if Clemson gets completely crushed 57 or 63 points to zip.

Carolina needs a solid #2 QB that can come in and run the same offense, especially if we are going to be running Sellers. He’s going to get banged up if he’s running the ball. With the exception of my experience as an old Gamecock fan, EVERYTHING tells me we're going to destroy Clemson. They couldn't stop the Citadel from running the ball & they are going stop Sellers and Sanders and stop a solid passing game? Our defense is more than ready. I have worked with and met folks from up north or have a pro team in their state, they don’t get College ball. Even took a few to a game they weren’t impressed. College football has grown tons in the last two decades but hardcore Pro folks only care when it comes to the draft.

from an outside observer I would say the teams are about even and the game is at Clemson's stadium at noon (both of which favor Clemson). I don't think Clemson will win it with a field goal (obviously lol), but I think the Tigers win by 4 due to home field advantage.

I just looked it up literally sc has one 4 star wr and one 5 star athlete HARBOR who is a terrible route runner and only has 235 yards receiving..... clemson has two 5 stars in wesco and Moore and a 4 star in Antonio who will be the best reciever on the field for either team and who's better than your whole corps by himself.

As a gamecok myself who lives and breathes for this rivalry they do have a solid receiving core and a good qb. Their o line is their biggest weakness really. Carolina should win it, but there is so much to play for and Clemson tends to show up at home in these rivalry games when they are the underdog.
