Stage 1: “Weave”
Stage Description
Athletes will begin;
Behind the SF Boards
All mags staged on opposite end of the field
Prescribed bags in DZ
On the call of “Go” athletes will take their duffle bags and go under their parallette, proceed to their next obstacle. At mid field athletes meet their barricade and will perform bag over body under table
They will then proceed to their yoke and perform (1) weave.
Bag/body over top bar
Bag/body through middle
Bag/body under low board
After completion athlete will grab a set of mags, perform another weave, proceed to table bag over/body under, bag/body under paralette then proceed to FS#1.
Stage 2: “Business in the front, party in the back”
Bay 2
Stage Description
Athletes will begin with the following;
Both hands on barrel located up range in each athlete’s fire lane.
All mags retained
On the call of “Go” athletes will run to the firing line and begin FS#1. Upon completion they will clear and holster pistol, turn up range, run past their respective barrel and follow the marked course.
Course is as follows
Cluster of connex’s immediately behind FL
Up and through the Yellow connex tower
Through the van
Over the bed of the red truck
Up and through the grey connex tower
Around front of grey connex tower
Through the shoot house
Around their respective barrel to the firing lane.
After completing the course athlete will begin FS#2. Then begin their 2nd lap along the marked course. Time stops after athlete finishes FS#3 and touches their lanes barrel.
Stage 3: Aw ski, ski
Bay 3
Stage Description
Athletes will begin, mags retained, toes touching the baseboard of their ski erg. On the call of “Go” athletes will begin earning a single rifle round for every calorie earned on their ski erg. A point will be earned for every calorie completed, and for every scored hit. Calorie counter on erg must be reset every round by judge.
There is a minimum of three cals, and a maximum of ten cals that can be earned in a single iteration. After the rifle rounds have been earned the athlete will move towards the firing line and begin the first firing sequence.
Once all rounds have been exhausted, they will return to the ski erg and begin earning pistol rounds. This sequence will repeat until all rifle and pistol rounds have been earned, and exhausted.
Once all rounds have been exhausted, athletes will be able to earn additional calories for points until time is up.
Stage 4: “Tea party”
Bay 4
Stage Description:
On the call of “Go” athletes will begin their minute of work. They will grab their tombstone and proceed down their lane in a stress carry position. Both feet must cross the board and the tombstone must touch the ground. The athlete will repeat this sequence until the work minute is over.
Athletes will be awarded points by moving from shuttle point to point. If an athlete has to drop their weight at any time in transit, they must drop their tombstone, run down and back touching each wood board with their hand before attempting to continue.
After the minute of work athletes will proceed to the FL and begin FS#1. Athletes will have one minute to shoot their course of fire. After FS#1 is finished athletes may go back to where their tombstone is staged and wait until the next round to begin the next minute of work.
The athlete can only draw, load, and shoot their pistol when in the shooting box. If the athlete chooses to stop earning work points during that minute of work, they can proceed to the firing line but can’t load their pistol until the next minute has started.
This will be repeated for 2 more rounds. After round three, a one minute rest period will start. At this time athletes will be required to load their 3 pistol magazines back up in preparation for the final 3 rounds. If the athlete has finished their 3rd round of shooting before the minute is up, they can start to load their mags early.
After the one minute period the final three rounds will commence in the same format.
Stage 5: “From the windows to the walls”
Bay 5
Stage Description:
On the call of “Go” athletes will race through the marked course, one athlete at a time.
Sprint to Finish back at the starting bay.
Stage 6: “Gauntlet”
Bay 6
Firing Sequence: Rifle from top three posts of tank trap. Pistol kneeling from middle tank trap post. Both weapon systems must be in contact with wood and barrel forward of metal knuckle.
Stage Description:
Athletes will begin
Behind the mag boards
One set of mags retained
Weights staged in front of their rig
On the call of “Go” athletes will grab their prescribed bag and begin the following work;
Bag/body over bar until they reach the end of their rig.
The bag must start on the ground before each rep. Once they finish traversing their rig athlete will leave their bag at the rig and proceed to the FL to begin FS#1.
