Hi Paul, Portsmouth was fantastic, although we didn't visit this time the naval docks and museum where you can see HMS Victory, Marie Rose and lots of other nautical history is really worth visiting. We were not so overwhelmed by Bognor and although Rowan Park was a nice site it was really noisy with the nearby main road. We would recommend a stay at Concierge camping which is a little closer to Portsmouth, expensive but really good. Thanks for watching. Helen & Dave

Hi D &H, we have always looked forward to your vlogs and have debated about coming to Norfolk all based on your travels and reviews. …….well, here we are sitting in our van at Norfolk broads campsite at Ludham Bridge. Coming from Scotland, got to admit it’s rather flat down here 🤣🤣 so makes towing a doddle! Went to Caister today and onto Gt Yarmouth after that. Roll on the sunshine that’s forecast for the next few days. Thanks for all your reviews etc 👍and look forward to the next one!

Our day out at Portsmouth really was one of the best days so far this year, we really enjoyed it but we've been to a few places since then and the Isle of Wight is our next stop and that was very special too. Thanks for taking us along with you, lovely site, a bit of road noise but hey you get that. Great to see your sun canopy as we’ve just purchased the same so will get the sides for sure. We went that way near Bognor Regis in Oct 21, recall the pier needing painting then. Can’t wait to see how you get on with the ferry with Bella as we want to do that with our Westie Monty, so will be great to see how you get on. The pump for the awning is a must, we have two other small and 3/4 sized air awnings, we purchased a Dometic 12volt pump at the NEC show in Feb this year, total god send!! You wouldn’t catch me up that tower either Dave & Helen, I’m not the best with heights. I will never know how I managed to rebuild the chimney stacks and re-tile the roof on our house 😂. Love it around that area if you are down again I well recommend a stop at Arundel the castle is amazing and the town pretty and also the Witterings (amazing beach and views) and hayling island Looks like you had great weather and I agree with what you said about Bognor when we last went it needed some investment and some of the town was run down and the front very nice but well done on going up the spinnaker tower Dave I am sure I would be with helen 😂 but the views must to die for! The tower and gunwharf quays have improved the area no end Another fascinating place is the HM dockyard and Mary rose exhibition and the hovercraft museum at Lee on the Solent Love it there have been many times and always new places to discover hope you have a wonderful trip been enjoying seeing your adventures all the best Daniel

Hello both, Wow the views from the tower were stunning. Lovely watching the ferries coming in to the harbour. The campsite was lovely. A nice walk along the sea front shame the pier was a little shabby needs a little tlc. The pump looked good like you say, saves on getting out of breath. Awning looked lovely. Too be honest , I think they are all the same? Ours looks very similar to all those. Granted they're is bells and buckles. But it's a short term holiday get away , if money no object, then I suppose you would buy the latest one with belles and bows. Ps love your doggie Bella, we have Maggie and they could be twins ❤

They are all pretty similar, we are away a lot and the main feature we love is the Alde central heating for those cold Spring/Autumn or in the case of this year Summer nights, we also prefer the transverse double bed too. We rescued Bella from a puppy farm, she was used for breeding but they ditched her when she was 6. She only has one eye but she's such a lovely, quiet, loyal and well behaved dog. Speaking as an avid motorcyclist, I found that pump annoyingly noisy for a campsite😜😜 We like that area around Chichester and Pompey, have stayed at some great CL’s there as well as Goodwood. While we have been to the Isle of Wight, I had a relative who used to live there, we have not gone with the caravan as yet, maybe one day.

We’ve been to the Isle of Wight many years ago without the caravan but must say, we thoroughly enjoyed it this time and found a great touring park (Whitefield Forest). Portsmouth was good too.
