Amazing scenery James ❤ and beautiful narrative. I agree on the solo time I enjoy outdoor. And very out to explore new places. The area was amazing. Yes it looked steep in places. Have you ever seen a cougar out on trail?

@@JamesBlackburnExperience yes we see lots of bears. Some uncomfortable confrontations too. Some are so habituated, unfortunately. Had a bad experience in WA and Michigan due to others leaving food out previously.

Thankfully most animals I have encountered in New Mexico have been peaceful and they just ran off.
