It also has hardwood floors, granite counter tops, central air, washer/dryer and is equipped with modern appliances including 2 flat screen TVs, DVD players, hi-def satellite with premium channels, wi-fi and a gas grill. Terrific views overlook the harbor and meadow and it's just steps from our private marina, clubhouse and heated pool. Closest public beach is just two blocks away down Baseline Rd., easy to walk to and a little more secluded than the busy downtown beaches with free street parking if you prefer to drive.
