Tamilnadu food is the worst food on this planet, these guys cook ginger garlic paste rice and say it's biryani and look at this fool saying Telugu copies tamil.....even idlis are rock hard with no chutney or bs chutney even sambar is good in Telugu, tamil cuisine don't even have dal in 90 percent hotels, worst food of all can be found in tamilnadu...

This is literally the first time I see a foreigner eat Indian food so well with their hands! Also, you never have to be embarrassed to ask for more rice frequently. It is the host's duty to cater to the guest/customer. Indians pride themselves on our hospitality. Sure the hotel is run by non-Indians but they serve Indian food still. I am vegetarian but Chettinadu cuisine is excellent in terms of both veg and non-veg. I hope we can see a hotel which serves veg Chettinad food. This means we can see more variety of it.

@@toudi_p There is nothing silly about it. Indians eat with their hands. When you eat food with your hands, hot food especially, it warms the nerves of the hands. It also promotes good gut health and makes the food more enjoyable. Lots of Asians prefer to eat with our hands. Before forks and spoons were invented, everyone ate with their hands. Our food cannot be enjoyed with forks and knives.

We have dish we call a greek fish , but when you ask a greek about it , there is no such thing there. Same as hungarian potato pancakes

@@toudi_p Rice is literally meant to be eaten with hand. There are also various types of rice. For example people will eat sticky rice with spoon/chopsticks. But all other types of rice are eaten with hands in India. It is for scientific reasons. Also when you pick up the food with your hands, especially rice which is eaten mostly in India, you can tell if something is in it, like whole spices or accidental dirt. This way you won't put it in your mouth first then spit it out. Avoid possible injury to the tongue too. Greek people aren't Asians. I said it's Asian culture. In Africa too, a lot of them eat their food with hands. Try eating more with your hands. It's more pleasant. Must be hot food though. Else no use. In our culture, in a family, one person will serve all first, they are usually younger, but not youngest. Cause touching the food/food ladle with left hand is forbidden (If u r left handed, can't touch it with right hand then) then after the members have eaten, the person who served others, is made to sit and the people who ate serve them. It is a sign of respect and affection. Idk if they do this in other Asian countries, but we do this in India.

I still remember to this day, I used to work at MTR. Where they have special meals (unlimited). One time 5 Tamil people came to our restaurant and they ordered these special meals. They ate like 83 small size dosa and 35 poori and one cooker rice. That day was nightmare for our waitres. 😂😂

At the moment Sri Lanka is suffering and facing to a massive economic crisis since 75 years.we have power cuts daily 2 1/2 hours.but due to heavy rain, all the hydro power tanks have been full filled. so we expect the power cut duration be reduced.also the country is so peaceful.but we have few shortages of Fuel, gas, some food and medicines. but seems like fuel and gas supply will be back to normal within another 7days. No issues with star class hotels and all the facilities are available for guests and tourists..!!!* 😊👍

I remember Latta lan use to go there for Chinese food at Hong Kong Hotel in 1960’s. Lots of food. I use to go to the Pork market at the end of this street. All Sout Indian food was on Mughal Street.
