I’ll make a tutorial on this in the next hair video! The key is for the water to have enough starch in it & you also leave it aside for a longer time to firm! BUT also, using the liquid rice water is still amazing for your hair. After shampooing and conditioning g your hair, just pour the rice water on, let it sit for 5 min, and rinse with cold water!
