Well, it depends. Last summer in Japan we were roasting. Supergoop sunblock not only protected us from the sun but had a cooling effect. Wearing foundation was impossible. Uniqlo Airisim clothes help a lot and hats are life savers. A lot of Black people don't wear sunblock... please do especially in East Asia. Sunglasses reduced the glare. Airy facemasks.

I absolutely love your hair..you ar really stunning. Thank you so much for this vlog..it’s not quite hot here in the UK, but I always find when it gets hot I melt lol.. my hair tends to take a battering, so keeping it moisturised is really important. I also have a battery fan which is a lifesaver. I have Lupus so really should invest in a good wide brimmed hat to protect my skin..thank you again💐💐💐

I like all the recommendations but right now where I live is so Hot and Humid that I feel that I’m melting. And because is very hot in winter time I can use the products you mentioned. Thanks for the advice. ❤
