It you are looking for somewhere to rent in South Molton I strongly advise you to avoid ^^ 66 South Street Molton , 12 New Road and 64 Hugh Squire avenue , the landlord Mr Robert Bower , locally known as Billy Bower is known as being a real landlord from hell , he is a bully , he makes all his tenants life a misery , all his properties have damp issues , he will charge you a reasonable rent to start with with but will hike the price up after a short tine , he lets himself in without prior notice , he will open your mail , he has a very short and bad temper , he has an obsession about keeping things spotless clean , if you get problems like a boiler breaking down or what ever he will not pay the person who fixes it , he hes mold issues in his properties and blames the tenants for not having the windows open enough , even in the winter , he has also been known to assault his tenants , one , a 66 year old man he left with fractured ribs and had to go to A&E . I actually stayed at one of his properties so I know what I am talking about.
