And the entire vibe of the city changes, as you move towards the posh areas of Churchgate & Marine Lines. Wide Roads, Vintage Buildings … Feels like Old Mumbai in every form. And what I love the most about it, is that you can sit & enjoy all of this, without stepping out of your car. I am taking a ROAD TRIP around South Mumbai & stopping at some of my favorite food spots here. Some of which are LEGENDARY places like K RUSTOM(since 1953) & BACHELORR’S(since 1930) It is true that the city never sleeps… places like Babulnath Dosa & Ayub’s are open till late for all your midnight cravings.

Hey, I love Mumbai food! I have tried the Bhel at Viththal's (near church gate) and I enjoyed it. But my most favourite Bhel, don't judge me, was at Chayos in Delhi near Terminal 2 🤣🤣 I simply love it! The price is obviously really steep for a plate of Bhel - I don't remember how much I paid - but I enjoyed every single bite of it! I tried Rustom 's and it sadly was a disappointed. Not to offend anyone - but till date this is the worst "food" I have had in Mumbai 🙈

Bachelor's is highly overhyped in my opinion! They have deteriorated in terms of both the food and service and as you rightly said the prices are too steep with the quantity being equally shallow! A normal chili cheese toast which has green capsicum, a bit of green chilli and cheese , these guys make it only with green chillies and cheese! So don't ever have that there unless you are a chili lover! Personally love the Bhel puri at Sharma's Tarabaug, Charni Road near Hinduja College ❤

The paneer is usually harmful made by many artificial techniques obviously to save cost to run business. Cheese , butter in hotels and street vendors are basically slow poison. You can check out.
