The Ike singing like Michael Jackson was from episode "Dead Celebrities" when he got possessed by MJ's ghost. Excellent episode. The one with Ike having a deep voice was from an episode kind of poking fun at ACA where there was a mix-up in medicine deliveries. Ike got steroids that were meant for a football player and the football player got anti-constipation medicine or something.

Ike has a voice because he received growth hormones due to a pharmacy mixup. This causes his voice and behaviour to change. Kyle's lesson is knowing that his baby brother will one day grow up and have his own autonomy.

The main change in South Park is that they realized that because their production time is so extremely short they can make fun of current events. Most animations are 9 months. South Park is 6 days.

You have to watch the episodes to understand the jokes. To answer your question on why Ike's voice is different, in 1 of the episodes he got his medication mixed up with hormone replacement which drastically increased his testosterone level so he had facial hair and was acting like a douche for a while until his brother went and got it fixed. The jokes are much better with context as most of them in the later episodes run the entire episode.

Because he was taking testosterone, he was taking the wrong medicine. One was meant to help him go poop, so I went to the NFL player and then the NFL supplement hormone supplement went to Kyle‘s little brother so what happened was was a medication switch up.

I had sex ed in 2007 8th grade. The lady that came in to teach it was pretty cool and funny. She told us in the first 5 minutes we could ask any questions use any words we wanted. To prove her point she had a list that she read off with every name for genitals you could imagine. I guess to make us more comfortable to ask questions. It was basically straight forward after that
