For context Cartman is doing a Dog the Bounty Hunter parody. It's a TV show from about twenty years ago. Ike's storyline refers to Mary Kay Letornou and her student Vili. They actually married after she went back and forth to prison at least a couple times. She passed away a year or two ago and he has their children possibly.

What's insane: this is based on real stories of teachers having relationships with students. Particularly a teacher having a relationship with a 12 year old. When she was found out and was brought to court, she was found guilty. And the boy, 14 at the time the teacher was convicted still spoke up for her. When she was released from prison, with a promise not to contact the boy, she instead ran away with him, only to be caught.
